CF-340 is an Ultra cost-effective rollover car wash machine independently developed and produced by Risense. It adopts ZCF bending alloy frame which has stronger corrosion resistance and stability. It has 4 groups of air dryer with very large air volume and better drying effect. The Innovative use of counterweight self-balancing top brush which soften the fluctuation of the machine during the movement process of the top brush. So the top brush can wash the head, the end of the car under the constant pressure so that the machine can be cleaned safely.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Before the car enters the car wash machine, it is scanned by the photoelectricity and the figure of car shape is collected. The top brush moves according to the data processed by MCU.

The frame is cut by laser machine precisely. ZFC alloy bending frame with a high movement precision. It is higher than the welded frame.

MCU system is faster with large volume and low failure rate and and it can be upgraded long-distantly and be synchronized with company's technology.

Swinging type balanced structure top brush is raised by air cylinder.

Strong fixed air dryer

Silent strong air dryer with fixed air and better drying effect. It is environmental friendly and is with low noise.

Low failure rate and show the error code

The frame is precisely cut by laser cutting machine and bent by the CNC machine. It fixed with high strength Dacromet Screw. So that it has very high movement precision. It is firm and safe. The failure rate is very low.

When the machine breaks down, the error code will appear on the screen and the reason. It is very easy to solove the problem.
